このドキュメントは、外部 LLM の料金と jpcite の従量課金を「どう並べて
比較するか」の API fee delta 計算メソドロジーを定義する。確定額ではなく、入力した
token / 検索回数 と stated baseline から導く算術であり、確約された費用差
ではない。revenue / profit / labor reduction / business outcome /
professional-judgment value は計算・示唆しない。
この provider comparison は API fee delta のみを扱い、売上・利益・人的作業量・
業務成果・専門判断の価値を含みません。

外部 LLM 料金と両者の差は固定値として示さない。model / cache / prompt 形状 /
検索回数 で大きく変わるため、確定の差は同一 query を測定してから掲載する
(benchmark pending)。

確定の query 別 差額を示す前に必要な測定 field:
`query`, `model`, `input_tokens`, `output_tokens`, `web_search_rounds`,
`cache_state`, `fx_rate`, `run_at`, `raw_measurement_artifact`。

月次・年次の数値も固定しない。use case を N 回繰り返すと jpcite 側は確定額が
N 倍になるが、外部 LLM 側の料金と差は依然 model / cache / prompt / 検索回数
に依存するため、固定の月次・年次の削減額は掲載しない。
